💯 Idea of the week
Hook:
I somehow accidentally started [what you did (composed, produced, etc)] my own [describe your genre/vibe in detail] and I think it’s important you listen
Why it Works:
Every artist knows the feeling of accidentally writing something that actually works! Artist @gwenavair used this concept in her hook to make people curious enough to stop scrolling and listen. The ending “I think it’s important you listen” also adds an extra call to action.
How to do it:
1. Record yourself performing something you wrote by accident, or something that has an interesting story for how it was created. *Note: if you’re a producer, you can just play your song; you don’t have to perform it.
2. Create a hook that tells the story (you can use the hook template above).

Record yourself live producing and clip your reaction.
