How to do it: Take your gear or your mic somewhere nobody would expect, like a beach, a rooftop or a forest. Film one wide shot of you playing your song with the place behind you. Put the hook on screen in big, simple text.
2. Bring a sound back

Hook: POV: it’s 2026 and dudes are making punk again…
Template: POV: it's [this year] and [who you are] are making [a sound people miss] again…

Why it works:
Nostalgia: Lots of people miss the music they grew up with. Saying a sound is back makes them feel that again and want to share it.
Comments: People love to argue about whether a genre is really back. This one got 944 comments, and more comments push your video to more people.
How to do it: Pick the old sound your music brings back. Film you and your friends playing or singing your song with lots of energy. A wide or fisheye lens makes it feel even more like the old days if that’s what you’re going for.

3. Take them for a ride

Why it works:
Feel special: The camera puts the viewer right in the car with them. It feels like being part of the group, not just watching.
Relatable: Everyone has sung way too loud in a car with friends. The caption even asks if you would want to sit in the back, which gives people an easy reason to comment.
How to do it: Put your phone on the dashboard facing the back seat. Play your song and sing along with your friends like nobody is watching. Write the hook on screen so the viewer feels like they are in the car with you.
