Instagram changed its logo… But it didn’t change its algorithm.

Here are some content ideas to beat it this week! 📈

📲 Viral Content Breakdown

Hook Template:

[insert time and vibe] [insert your instrument or genre] >>>

Why it Works:

It looks like a simple video, but actually, musician @caleb.arredondo used 3 tricks to make it blow up: a text hook that inspires people to turn on sound, an interesting location and visual hook that stops the scroll, and the unexpected element of the random skateboarders reacting to his performance to increase watch time. These 3 elements (and his incredible talent) led to massive views!

How to do it:

1. Find an interesting location to perform your music (either singing, playing live, DJing, or even just pressing play on your DAW).

2. Tweak the hook template to go with the location + your vibe.

3. Introduce a random element to make it even more interesting.

Their Reel uses the text hook “Nobody talks about this side of bass music” to both grab the attention of bass music fans and inspire them to turn on sound to hear what it sounds like.
